The Deputy Director is an essential part of a successful college. The Deputy Director help to encourage students and solve issues that occur on a day-to-day basis. The Deputy Director is involved in many aspects of daily administration and education in the college.

Solomon Saka Allotey is the Deputy Director and Chief Health Tutor, College of Health, Yamfo. He has a Master of Science in Health Informatics from the University of Ghana and a Bachelor of Education in Health Sciences from the University of Cape Coast.
He has worked with the Ministry of Health/Ghana Health Service for the past 27 years and held the following positions: Assistant District Nutrition Officer, Jaman North; District Nutrition Officer, Asutifi North; Assistant Regional Nutrition Officer, Regional Health Directorate, Brong Ahafo Region; Head of Health Information Department, Vice Principal and Immediate Past Acting Principal, College of Health and Well-Being, Kintampo.
He is an overtly student-focused educational leader with a strong commitment to student diversity and effective educational values.
He demonstrates the ability to manage, coach, and collaborate with a variety of people. He is dedicated to delivering a safe, inclusive and effective instructional environment for students. He is trustworthy and willing to coordinate with all students, and staff to ensure that goals are successfully met.
